I build hiring processes that are supported by AI, not run by it. With new legislation and legal risk emerging around AI in hiring, knowing when to use it and when not to is just as important as the tools themselves. Typical Timeline

My process works best with at least 3 to 4 months β€” this way, there’s enough time to assess, build, hire for critical roles as well as someone to manage + scale the process even further. This also makes it possible to hire + train the next recruiting/talent person to own the process long-term.
