My Approach
I build hiring processes that are supported by AI, not run by it. With new legislation and legal risk emerging around AI in hiring, knowing when to use it and when not to is just as important as the tools themselves. Decisions belong with your leaders β I help you build a process that makes that easy.

One-on-One Support β for those needing individualized coaching
Rates
- $125/hr for 10-20 hours of fractional recruiting work (invoiced weekly)
- $100/hr for exclusive 1:1 coaching sessions (managers or HR support)
Typical Timeline
My process works best with at least 3 to 4 months β this way, thereβs enough time to assess, build, hire for critical roles as well as someone to manage + scale the process even further. This also makes it possible to hire + train the next recruiting/talent person to own the process long-term.
- Month 1: Audit + Build β assess growth goals, define the 3 most critical roles, build role profiles, interview processes, scorecards + feedback, and build the ATS (if needed).
- Month 2: Source + Interview β get critical roles listed, source candidates, carry out initial screens, train the team on interview best practices, and begin building (or updating) the onboarding 30/60/90 day check-in structure.
- Month 3: Close Roles + Future Plan β offers are accepted on critical roles and we start building the plan for the recruiter (or talent partner) hire who will own the function going forward.
